What to Expect for Delivery 🚛

Step 1: Schedule Your Delivery

Once you complete our delivery form under “Set Up Delivery”, you’ll receive a confirmation email. The date you select is locked in—no guessing, no waiting!

Step 2: Delivery Day Communication

On the morning of your scheduled delivery, our driver will contact the provided delivery contact by 8 AM with an estimated time of arrival. Please note that traffic, loading/unloading times, and other unforeseen conditions may slightly adjust the timeframe.

Step 3: Hassle-Free Material Placement

When our professional driver arrives, we can place your materials:
Curbside
Driveway
Inside Your Garage (Our forklifts are designed to fit standard garages!)
In Your Backyard (We can maneuver through RV gates!)

📌 Before We Arrive:

  • Please clear any obstacles from the area where you’d like the materials placed.
  • Ensure pets are secured for their safety and ours.
  • If you have specific placement requests, let the driver know upon arrival, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
  • Our goal is to deliver efficiently while keeping your materials and property safe.

 

🚨 Important Notice for Paver Deliveries:
We will not drive on newly laid pavers. If delivery requires driving on a paver driveway, a waiver must be signed. Our equipment will leave tire marks, so please plan accordingly and arrange an alternative drop location if needed.

Step 4: Vendor Coordination

If you purchased your materials from a supplier, please notify them of your scheduled pickup date so they can have your order ready. This helps us ensure a smooth and efficient process.
